Thanksgiving pupsicles (Meat)
Ingredients: ½ cup of ground turkey (unseasoned) ½ carrot (finely chopped) 1 apple (removed the skin, finely chopped)  ¼ cup of cooked brown rice.  Instructions:  Cook the turkey, carrots, apple, and rice on the stovetop. Watermelon pupsicles (Dairy)/(Non-Dairy)
Ingredients: 2 cups of seedless watermelon (diced), ¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt OR coconut water  Instructions:  Puree the watermelon in a blender. Pour the watermelon puree into molds. Ingredients: 1 cup of unsweetened plain coconut water ¼ cup of blueberries or strawberries   Instructions:   Blend the coconut water and berries in a blender. Pour into pupsicle molds. Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter (xylitol-free, sugar free) ONLY Peanuts 1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt 1 teaspoon of honey Instructions:  Combine banana, yogurt and peanut butter, and honey into a blender and blend until smooth.
