Chicken & Carrot Crunch (Meat)

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ cup shredded cooked chicken (no seasoning) 
  • ¼ cup finely grated carrots 

  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth 

Instructions: 

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 

  1. Spoon into molds. 

  1. Freeze until solid, or overnight.
