Watermelon pupsicles (Dairy)/(Non-Dairy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of seedless watermelon (diced),
  • ¾ cup of plain Greek yogurt OR coconut water 

Instructions: 

  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender.

  2. Pour the watermelon puree into molds.

  3. Layer with a spoonful of yogurt on top, or mix coconut water into mixture.

  4. Freeze until solid, or overnight.
